Not only did he make himself available at all hours and take on additional responsibility after our solicitor had failed to obtain the necessary documents. But he also was able to negotiate an agreement between us and the seller where an issue arose late in the purchasing process that could have seen the sale fall through – with both us and the seller being completely satisfied with the outcome. We hope to be able to use him and York Laurent again in the future.
