Me and my boyfriend viewed properties with a number of agents in the city centre and York Laurent provided by far the best service. Mike showed us round a property that hadn’t yet gone on the market and we LOVED it. It was such a relief having seen some appalling apartments with the likes of Accord and a couple of others. Judy sorted out our contracts, move in date, inventory clerk etc and she has been absolutely fantastic. Always very prompt to reply and keep us updated. Since moving in we haven’t really had any issues but Judy and the York Laurent team have been very quick to respond to any questions we have had. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Plus, they have two lovely offices in the city centre which makes them easy to visit and keep in touch with.
