Richard is highly regarded surveyor in the West Midlands who has over twenty years experience in both the commercial and development sectors gained in a number of high profile posts in both the public (Principal valuer Hereford and Worcester County Council) and private sectors (head of the Birmingham office (Director) Savills (L&P)Ltd 2000/2007 and Divisional Commercial Development Director Persimmon Homes 2007/2009)

Richards experience covers a broad spectrum of property types including development land,retail,offices and industrial and can offer a wealth of valuation and consultancy expertise, his work has involved him in some of the West Midlands flagship schemes and he represents clients from public/private, educational and charity fields.

Richard is a regional spokesman for RICS and is Vice Chairman of the regional Assembly's Housing Partnership

Marcel Woodhouse - Director

Marcel has over twenty years experience in both commercial and residential agency in sales, lettings, management and development, gained in a number of agency posts in the West Midlands and London culminating in his appointment to head and establish a Midlands subsidiary company for Workspace Group PLC.

Marcel established York Laurent in 1997 with fellow director Jeremy Chick and the company has gained a reputation for astute knowledge of the market place and delivering a professional and quality agency service.
